I made two purchases from Bellacor for some pricey outdoor furniture. They offered the best price around, way better than other stores. Both shipments were quick and everything came in excellent condition. I think I’ll be shopping at Bellacor regularly!

I got myself a two-tier coffee table featuring two glass shelves, each supported by a gold rim. The rims don’t quite connect at the four corners, which gives it a bit of a flawed look. It would’ve been nice to see a top-down photo of the table to figure out if those gaps would be a dealbreaker for me. Honestly, I might’ve thought twice about buying it. The day after it arrived (4/26), I sent some pics showing the gaps at the corners. After a second call to Customer Service, I found out on (5/9) that those gaps aren’t defects at all. They’re meant to help balance the glass shelves. I also asked about the plastic covering some of the gaps, and they told me it was just for shipping and should be taken off. It would’ve been great to have that info when it was delivered, since the plastic left a sticky mess on the metal (which I cleaned up) but might not have been so bad if I’d known to take it off right away instead of waiting two weeks. This was my first time buying furniture online without seeing it in person, and it’s definitely a lesson learned.

The prices here are super competitive. I stumbled upon this site by accident. I noticed a lamp that I had previously seen at Pottery Barn. It’s the same lamp, just under a different name. I kept going back and forth, checking out all the details. Same lamp, though. I saved over $400 by purchasing two here. Not only is it a better price, but they also offer free shipping! The customer service is top-notch too. I’ve found my go-to lighting store and have already placed more orders.

The end result turned out alright! When I got the light that was damaged, it felt like the harm was done by someone else. We opened the box just two days ago, and it looked perfectly fine from the outside. The representative I talked to mentioned it was a shipping problem. We weren't planning to use the light immediately, but we wanted to check if it was in good condition, not just because of the box! Good thing we did! There was a small chip on the metal shade's rim—not huge, but I wasn't thrilled since it wasn't a cheap item. So, I reached out, but the person on the other end wasn't very pleasant. She was supposed to send me instructions on what to do, but I never got anything, so I ended up sending some pictures and got a quick reply! I really liked the light, but I was hesitant to get another one in case there was a similar problem. I've purchased other things from you before and was happy with them. Sorry! I got this table from Magnussen, and let me tell ya, it’s top-notch and stunning! I had bought a similar one from a different online store, and it broke down before I could even assemble it. So, I was really thrilled to discover this fantastic table that I can use without worry. The shipping was quicker than I thought it would be.

Placing an order with Bellacor was pretty straightforward until I got my item, and that’s when I started feeling let down. The shade of the product I received was nowhere near what was shown online, so why should I be penalized for that? I had to cover the return shipping, which I wouldn’t have minded if it was just a matter of personal taste, but seriously, the colors were way off! After chatting with a customer service rep, they refunded me half of the shipping fees, which is something, I suppose, but just be cautious when picking colors.
